When drying at high temperatures such as 100 to 190°C, it is referred to as "baking paint," and by adjusting the transport speed and temperature according to the properties of the paint, baking can be performed within the specified time. If the temperature and time corresponding to each paint are not adhered to, the performance will not meet specifications, making this device essential for "baking paint." The speed of the conveyors and rails and the temperature can be adjusted to change the baking time. Additionally, since it flows continuously, sensors are installed to stop it.
